Villa Mandarinas, is a 15,000 sq. feet cliffside construction on the shores of Puerto Vallarta. It consists of 7 bedrooms. 6with king size beds and one bedroom with two queen size beds. It sleeps comfortably a group of 14 adults or 16 total guests, including young children. The villa is located on the ocean front side of the small community of Mismaloya, facing the Los Arcos National Park, with its emblematic boulders. We are 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta´s downtown .Description of the house lay-outMain Entrance Level: Car garage for 2 large cars and space for bikes and motor vehicles.Palapa reception and entrance stairs. Fitness Center - Elliptical trainer,treadmill, hand weights, workout bench and exercise mats.The Fitness Room provides a view of the Beach. Level One: Blue master bedroom - King size bed, large walk/in closet, bath with jacuzzi and separate shower with steam. Large ocean-front terrace, with a breakfast table for two.Green master bedroom - King size bed, walk in closet, bath with jacuzzi and shower. Large ocean front terrace, with table for two. Yellow master bedroom - King size bed, bath with jacuzzi and separate shower. Ensuite closet. Largest ocean front terrace of all the rooms. Table for two and private sunbeds. Main level: Gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. 2 general electric stoves, 2 dishwashing machines and 2 refrigerators, will help the chefs deliver the best mexican food around the area.Dining room with 14 chair table.One of a kind sabino wood table carved from a single tree. The view from the table over the infinity pool and across the bay to the islands in the distance is nothing short of spectacular. Living room and ensuite family room with large flat screen 37`TV. The understated elegant and well chosen articrafts from all over Mexico, will help you better enjoy the amazing views. Turquoise room with king size bed and bath with jacuzzi and separate shower. Closet in main room. Large ocean front terrace with table for two and private sunbeds. Pool and palapa, with bar, brick oven, six person outdoor jacuzzi and outside eating area. Lower level: Magenta room, with king size bed, bath with jacuzzi and separate shower, wooden ocean-front terrace with table for two and private slingchairs.Red room with king size bed, shower and outside jacuzzi in ocean front terrace with table for two and private slingchairs. Large open play room with billiards table, complete bar and lounge area with large 50” flat screen TV for cinema viewing. Mural room - 2 queen size beds ensuite of the play room, bathroom with shower and hot tub. Lawn with fire pit, sunbeds and beach access. Water level: Man-made beach with palapa umbrellas, private dock and saltwater pool.Play amongst fish in the emerald waters of the ocean in your own private salt-water pool, enjoy the sun on the man-made beach and best of all, take a boat from the dock, without ever leaving Villa Mandarinas.
