Mixing tropical brights with native tile and stonework, this spectacular villa contains huge covered terraces and a fabulous pool and entertainment area. There's an unbelievable upper sundeck, a palapa-covered wet bar with a panoramic view of the entire bay.

The villa has 10 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites with kitchenettes (if you need less than 7 rooms please inquire for special rates). Not to be missed - the Grand Master Suite - encompassing an entire floor with it's own separate outdoor Jacuzzi, media room, and private 100 foot terrace.

Located just a few minutes South of town, overlooking the beautiful Conchas Chinas Beach and Banderas Bay, this villa is the perfect setting for groups - a business retreat, a family reunion, or a wedding.

The staff, Cook, Houseman, Housekeepers, Waiter and Gardner are here to make your stay as carefree and enjoyable as possible. Sunday is their day off. Our cook will prepare two meals a day, (cost of food and beverages are extra). Daily housekeeping is included. We have an English speaking Manager who will help with all your needs and excursions. With advanced noticed a Mexican-style meal can be prepared for your first night in Puerto Vallarta with billing the following day.
