and tile floors troughthout and full time professional staff that provides cleaning and cooking services.
The house has total living space of 5,000 (square feet 3,000 interior and 2,000 exterior), and is located 150 yards from the beach. |

The Luna de Meil bedroom is located on the pool level of the house with views of the terrace area and pool. The king bed can be made into two twin beds. |
| The Living Room is open to the terrace and pool areas on the lower level of the house and has a TV with English cable service. |

The El Presidente bedroom is the master suite located on the upper levelof the house, over the cantina bar area. |
| The Dining Room seats 8 people comfortably and is located on the middle level of the house next to the kitchen, above the the living room. |

The El Bandito bedroom is located on the upper level of the house and has a seperate access from the front of the house and an ocean view. |
